Céaux-d'Allègre is a French municipality with 474 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Haute-Loire in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Auvergne ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Le Puy-en-Velay and the canton of Saint-Paulien ( canton Allègre until 2015 ).

Céaux-d'Allègre is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Monlet in the north, Bellevue-la-Montagne in the north and east, Saint-Geneys-près-Saint-Paulien in the east, Saint-Paulien in the southeast, Lissac in the south, Vernassal in the southwest and as well Allègre to the west and north-west.
