Queyrières is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Pertuis in the north and northwest, Yssingeaux in the north, Araules in the east, Champclause in the southeast, Saint-Julien-Chapteuil in the south, Saint-Pierre-Eynac in the southwest and Saint-Hostien in the west.
