Vazeilles-Limandre is surrounded by the neighboring communities Vernassal in the north, Lissac in the northeast, Loudes in the east and southeast, Saint-Jean-de-Nay in the south, Vissac-Auteyrac in the west and Fix-Saint-Geneys in the north-west.
