Présailles is about 19 kilometers south-southeast of Le Puy-en-Velay . Présailles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Monastier-sur-Gazeille in the north, Freycenet-la-Tour in the east, Issarlès in the south, Salettes in the southwest and Alleyrac in the west.
