Lincoln Plantation , also Lincoln's Big Wood Plantation , is a plantation in Oxford County in the state of Maine in the United States . In 2010 45 people lived there in 23 households on an area of 95.4 km².

According to the United States Census Bureau , Lincoln Plantation has a total area of 95.4 km², of which 84.1 km² are land and 11.3 km² are water .
Geographical location
Lincoln Plantation is located in northwest Oxford County and borders Coös County in New Hampshire . Aziscohos Lake rises above the plantation area from the north . Its outflow is Bear Brook , which leaves the area in a southerly direction. The surface of the area is hilly, the highest point being the 971 m high Low Aziscohos Mountain .

history
First, the area of Township No. 5, called Second Range West of Bingham's Kennebec Purchase (T5 R2 WBKP) and organized in 1875. Settlement started 50 years earlier.
The organization was confirmed in 1891 and 1895.
