Mary Queen Church

Maria Queen Church , St. Maria Regina , also Coronation Mary Church or Chapel is the name of church buildings that are consecrated to the Mother of God under her invocation as Queen of Heaven. The patronage is usually the feast of the Queen of Mary on August 22nd ( mandatory day of remembrance in the Roman Catholic Church ).

Extended invocations

The veneration of Mary as Queen of Heaven has developed over the course of modern times and has been part of the Church as a whole since 1954 (Encyclical Ad Caeli Reginam ). The invocations include various extensions, most of which can be found in the Lauretan Litany , such as:
