The Memorial Cup 2009 was the 91st edition of the tournament of the same name . Participating teams were the champions of their respective leagues, the Windsor Spitfires ( Ontario Hockey League ), the Drummondville Voltigeurs ( Québec Major Junior Hockey League ), the Kelowna Rockets ( Western Hockey League ) and, automatically qualified as hosts, the Rimouski Océanic (Québec Major Junior Hockey League). The tournament took place from May 15 to 24 at the Colisée de Rimouski in Rimouski , Québec .
The Windsor Spitfires won their first Memorial Cup after beating the Kelowna Rockets in the final .
