NGC 1054 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sbc in the constellation Aries on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 439 million light-years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 115,000 ly.

The object was discovered on October 8, 1864 by Heinrich Louis d'Arrest .
