NGC 94 is a lens-shaped Hubble-type S0 galaxy in the constellation Andromeda . It is about 269 million light years away from the Milky Way , with a diameter of about 70,000 light years. The galaxy has a lens-shaped partner of the type S0? cataloged as PGC 1670567 .
NGC 94 was discovered on November 14, 1884 by the French astronomer Guillaume Bigourdan .
