Ostiense
Ostiense is a district in the southwest of the Italian capital Rome. The name is derived from the Via Ostiense . The district is called QX and is part of Municipio I , VIII and IX . It has 62,339 inhabitants and has an area of 7.1231 km².
It forms the zone urbanistiche designated with the code 11.a , with 7775 inhabitants.

Ostiense is one of the first 15 districts established in Rome in 1911 and officially recognized in 1921.
