The Pastorendiek ("Pastor pond") is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony district of Diepholz .
description
The 11.6 hectare nature reserve with the registration number NSG HA 001 is located in the area of the municipality of Sudwalde in the combined municipality of Schwaförden , about 2.5 kilometers north of the village of Schwaförden . The Schlatt , a glacial, oligotrophic shallow body of water that is around 120 m long and 60–80 m wide, was placed under protection as early as 1926. By under protection in particular are landing areas with peat moss - quaking secured. The area is part of FFH area 288, "Pastorendiek and amphibious waters north of Schwaförden".
history
By ordinance of June 2, 1926, the "Pastorendiek" area was declared a nature reserve. The district of Diepholz is responsible as the lower nature conservation authority.
