The Sette is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxon municipality of Brockum in the combined municipality of Altes Amt Lemförde in the Diepholz district .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG HA 136 is approximately 44  hectares in size. It has been under nature protection since November 3rd, 1988. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Diepholz.

The nature reserve is situated in the Dümmer Nature Park north of Brockum in Diepholzer Moorniederung and represents the southwestern part of the state forest The Sette under protection, on a sand superimposed boulder dome in a vast fen area is located. Mostly deciduous forest grows in the protected area. In the southeast there is a grassland area that is surrounded on three sides by forest and is only extensively managed . Due to its island location in the otherwise largely poorly forested landscape, the nature reserve is of particular importance.

A nature trail leads into the nature reserve.
