Pine Manor is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lee County in the US state of Florida with a population of 3,428 (as of 2010).

Pine Manor borders directly on Fort Myers in the north and is affected by the Tamiami Trail ( US 41 / SR 867 ). Tampa is 200 km and Miami 220 km away.

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 3428 inhabitants were distributed over 1349 households. The population density was 3116.4 inh / km². 56.8% of the population identified themselves as whites, 16.7% as African American , 0.8% as Indians and 0.8% as Asian Americans . 21.3% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 3.6% to several ethnic groups. 60.2% of the population were Hispanics or Latinos .

In 2010 children under the age of 18 and 8.5% of all households lived in 51.5% of all households with persons at least 65 years of age. 68.9% of households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or one parent with offspring). The average household size was 3.33 people and the average family size was 3.63 people.

34.4% of the population were younger than 20 years old, 37.8% were 20 to 39 years old, 20.5% were 40 to 59 years old, and 7.4% were at least 60 years old. The mean age was 28 years. 54.9% of the population were male and 45.1% were female.
