Villas is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lee County in the US state of Florida with 11,569 residents (as of 2010).

Villas is about 1 km south of Fort Myers and is traversed by the Tamiami Trail ( US 41 / SR 867 ). Tampa is 200 km and Miami 220 km away.
Demographic data
According to the 2010 census, the then 11,569 inhabitants were distributed over 7,922 households. The population density was 956.1 inh / km². 88.1% of the population identified themselves as whites, 4.2% as African-Americans , 0.2% as Indians and 1.5% as Asian Americans . 4.0% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 2.1% to several ethnic groups. 13.1% of the population were Hispanics or Latinos .
