Premijer Liga 2004/05

The Premijer Liga 2005/06 , which according to a sponsorship agreement is also called BHT Premijer Liga , was the sixth season of the highest Bosnian-Herzegovinian league of men. It began on August 6, 2005 with the first game day and ended on May 13, 2006 with the 30th game day. The defending champion was the HŠK Zrinjski Mostar . The teams NK Jedinstvo Bihać and FK Radnik Bijeljina were newly promoted .

Champion became the NK Široki Brijeg .

The 16 teams competed against each other in a total of 30 rounds. Each team played once at home and once away against each of the fifteen other teams. The champions took part in the qualification for the UEFA Champions League , the second and the cup winners competed in the UEFA Cup . The last two placed were relegated to the second highest division, the first division.
