history
Administrative history
Reichertsheim belonged to the Landshut Rent Office and the Neumarkt Regional Court of the Electorate of Bavaria . By the chairman shaft Reichertsheim the practiced archbishopric of Salzburg from the lower jurisdiction over its local subjects until its repeal in 1,803th In the course of the formation of the community in Bavaria after the second community edict, the independent rural community emerged from chairmanship of the Reichertsheim tax district in 1808 through the community edict in 1818 .

building
Catholic Parish Church of the Assumption. A late medieval building that was redesigned and redecorated in the Baroque style in the 1780s . The tower is at the front, the nave has a single nave and the choir is polygonal. Main furnishings in baroque style: high altar , pulpit and organ loft . The interior shows rich and lively stucco decor in a rural Rococo style .

Economy including agriculture and forestry
In 1998 there were nine employees in agriculture and forestry, 95 in manufacturing and 55 in trade and transport at the place of work. In other economic sectors, 69 people were employed at the place of work subject to social security contributions. There were a total of 468 employees at the place of residence subject to social security contributions. There were five companies in the manufacturing sector (as well as mining and quarrying of stones and earth), and six in the construction sector. In addition, in 1999 there were 127 farms with an agriculturally used area of 2,490 hectares. Of these, 1,396 hectares were arable land and 1,092 hectares were permanent green areas.
