The 2013/14 Luge World Cup was held in nine World Cup races in six countries. The season kick-off took place on November 16, 2013 in Lillehammer , Norway , the World Cup final on January 26, 2014 in Sigulda , Latvia , where the European Luge Championship was also held as part of the World Cup weekend. The highlight of the season was the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi , Russia , with four luge competitions being held in the Sanki Sliding Center in Krasnaya Polyana .
