Studio Fredman

The Studio Fredman is a Swedish music studio . It is located in Hyssna , in the southwest Swedish municipality of Mark , around 40 km southeast of Gothenburg . It specializes in recording and mixing and is run by Fredrik Nordström and Henrik Udd. The main clientele consists of metal bands.
history
The Fredman studio was founded in 1990 by Fredrik Nordström in Gothenburg . Since 2004 he has been supported as a producer by Henrik Udd, who also studied audio engineering at the University of Piteå until 2007 . In 2005/2006 the band In Flames Norström bought the studio space and founded the IF Studio there . Studio Fredman was then operated in the central Swedish town of Arboga in the following years . After completing his studies in 2007, Udd became a permanent employee. A year later, in 2008, the studio was relocated again to the vicinity of Gothenburg, in the 600-inhabitant district of Hyssna in the municipality of Mark .
