Lady and the Tramp 2: Little Tramp - Big Adventure! (Original title: Lady and the Tramp 2 - Scamp's Adventure ) is the sequel of the film Lady and the Tramp and was as direct-to-video releases production. Directed by Darrell Rooney and Jeanine Roussel .

Lady and the Tramp have four puppies: three dog girls and a dog boy named Strolchi, who comes more after his father. One day he runs away from home to look for the street dog adventure. In the process he met the attractive dog girl Engel. Together they enjoy the freedom of the road to the fullest. In addition, Strolchi messes with the strong dog Buster and with the dog catcher. Strolchi soon learns that independence can also be dangerous and how important family and loyal friends are.

The film was released in February 2001 in the USA on VHS and DVD by Buena Vista Entertainment . In June 2006 a second publication followed in the USA. In March 2006 it was also released on DVD in Germany.
The film has been translated into Danish, Hebrew, Standard Chinese, Icelandic, Italian, Cantonese, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, Thai and Czech, among others.
On February 9, 2012 the film was released again on DVD as part of the Diamond series and for the first time also on Blu-ray. It is also part of the Lady and the Tramp Collector's Edition from 2014.

The dubbed version was created at Blackbird Music Music and Film Synchronization Production in Berlin. The dialogue book was written by Alexander Löwe and the dialogue was directed by Andreas Hommelsheim , who was also responsible for the lyrics and musical direction.

Cartoon character
The cheeky puppy Scamp / Strolchi was already the main character in animated short films produced by Walt Disney from 1955 to 1976. Strolchi's adventures appeared as comic strips in the USA from 1958 to 1961 and from 1967 to 1979. In Europe, the production of Strolchi comics under the license of the Bullspress continued after 1979; the last story appeared in 1998.
