After the death of the wife of the founder and the other half of the village was in 1242 to the Order, the 1256 one in Vinaře Coming built. This was abolished in 1272 and attached to the Coming Drobovice . The latter was withdrawn in 1411 by King Wenceslaus IV . After 1420 Vinaře was subject to the Lichtenburg . In 1490 the Lords Trčka von Lípa acquired the Lichtenburg estate. In 1555 Vinaře and Vlačice were separated from the Lichtenburg dominion. In 1569 the Trčka von Lípa sold the Vlačice estate to Wenceslaus Chotouchovský von Nebovidy. His heirs sold the estate in 1579, while Vinaře was again separated from Vlačice and sold to the Žleb manor . During the Thirty Years' War the viticulture that gave the place its name came to a complete standstill.

In 1840 the rustic village of Winař consisted of 73 houses in which 542 people, including a Jewish family, lived. There was a dominical inn in the village . Aside from the rulers' pheasant garden with a hunter's house, the Winařer forest area cultivated a forest area of 21 yoke 1563 square fathoms. The settlement of Winice, consisting of 18 houses, was also consolidated after Winař . The parish was Žleb .

After the abolition of patrimonial Vinaře and the settlement Vinice formed a municipality in the judicial district of Časlau . From 1868 the place belonged to the Časlau district . In 1871 a one-class village school was opened in Vinaře, previously the children were taught in Žleby and Vrdy. In 1874 a new school building was inaugurated, which was expanded in 1892 for three-class classes. In 1932 there were 903 people in Vinaře and Vinice. Viticulture, which was resumed in the second half of the 19th century, ceased in 1936 when the last winemaker gave up his business. In 1953, vines were planted again on an area of 11 hectares. In the course of the territorial reform of 1960, the Okres Čáslav was repealed; Vinaře was assigned to the Okres Kutná Hora. The school closed in 1976.
