In 1840 the rustic village Wokřesanec or Okřesanec in the Caslauer Kreis consisted of 51 houses in which 368 people lived. There was a branch church of St. Bartholomew and an inn. According to Wokřesanec , the single-layer sand inn or Pisek on Wiener Straße including a forge was conscripted . The parish and administrative center was Žleb . Until the middle of the 19th century, Wokřesanec remained subject to the Žleb rule.

After the abolition of patrimonial Okřesanec formed from 1849 a district of the municipality Hostovlice in the judicial district of Časlau . From 1868 the place belonged to the Časlau district .
