Wilfried Dziallas

Wilfried Dziallas (born May 8, 1944 in Hamburg ; † September 18, 2021 there ) was a German actor , radio play speaker and director .

In addition to numerous Low German stage and radio work such as Radio Bremen and the Hamburg Ohnsorg Theater , he was often seen in television series in supporting roles as a police officer . In the series Großstadtrevier he cast one of the main roles as district manager Bernd Voss for a few seasons .

Life

Dziallas discovered his talent as an actor early on. After attending school, however, he initially did an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant . While working as a unionist, he made contact with Americans and went to Utah at the age of 21 . In the USA he studied acting and directing, among other things. at Jack Lemmon . From 1965 to 1969 he also attended the State Drama School in Hamburg.

Back in Germany he worked again in Hamburg as an actor and director of the Ohnsorg Theater . In addition, he was also seen in many television series and television films as well as in the cinema , or was a speaker in numerous radio plays .

Wilfried Dziallas lived in his hometown Hamburg. Despite being vaccinated, he died in September 2021 at the age of 77 from complications from COVID-19 .
