Zarra trophy
The Zarra Trophy ( Spanish Trofeo Zarra ) is an award given annually by the sports newspaper Marca , which honors the best Spanish goalscorer in the first and second division . The trophy is named after Zarra . The Athletic de Bilbao striker scored 251 goals in 278 games between 1940 and 1955 and was the record scorer in the Primera División until November 2014.
The first award ceremony took place after the 2005/06 season.
