49-es főút ( Hungarian for 'main street 49') is a Hungarian main street of the second category. It runs from Rohod , where it branches off from 41-es főút (main road 41), via Mátészalka and north past Csenger to the border with Romania at Csengersima . In Romania, the Drum naional 19A , which leads from the border to Satu Mare , is the continuation. Its total length is 56.5 kilometers.
