37-es főút ( Hungarian for 'Main Street 37') is a Hungarian main street . It begins around 5.5 km east of Miskolc at 3-as főút (also European route 71 ) in Felsőzsolca and, crossing the Hernád river , runs first in a general east and then in a north-easterly direction to Szerencs , passes the confluence of the at Mezőzombor 39-es főút and at Tarcal the junction of 38-as főút to Tokaj , then turns to the north-northeast and follows the Bodrog river to Sárospatak and finally reaches the Hungarian border town of Sátoraljaújhely , where the road changes over the Slovak border to Slovenské Nové Mesto . The total length of the road is 76 kilometers.
