11-es főút ( Hungarian for 'Main Street 11') is a Hungarian main street . It branches off from 10-es főút in Budapest and leads upstream on the orographic right bank of the Danube, first to Szentendre (German: Sankt Andrä) and on through the Danube Bend to Visegrád (German: Plintenburg). In its further course it leads to the archbishopric town Esztergom (German: Gran). There the 111-es főút branches off to the south and the 11-es főút ends after 5 km at the 117-es főút , which leads to the 10-es főút.

The total length of the road is 72 kilometers.
