54-es főút ( Hungarian for 'main street 54') is a Hungarian main street . It starts south of Kecskemét at the 5-ös főút as an extension of the 44-es főút and leads in a south-westerly direction, initially crossing junction 90 of the Autópálya M5 motorway and then passing Jakabszállás , through the Kiskunsági Nemzeti Park (Kiskunság National Park) to Bócsa and Soltvadkert . From there it runs for 3.5 km together with the 53-as főút to the west, separates from it again and reaches Kecel . The road to Sükösd continues via Császártöltés , where it ends when it meets the 51-es főút . The total length is 92 kilometers.
