12-es főút ( Hungarian for 'main street 12') is a Hungarian main street . It leads from Szob at the mouth of the border to Slovakia forming Ipeľ (Hungarian: Ipoly; German: Eipel) in the Danube their orographic left bank by the Donauknie about Nagymaros (German: Free City) to its junction with the 2-es főút around 5 km north of Vác (German: Waitzen). There is also a connection to the Autópálya M2 motorway ( European route 77 ).

The total length of the road is 27 kilometers.
