74-es főút ( Hungarian for 'main street 74') is a Hungarian main street . In Nagykanizsa it branches off to the north from 7-es főút , crosses the Autópálya M7 motorway and heads north via Bocska and Zalaszentbalázs . In Bak it crosses the main road 75-ös főút , which , coming from the east from Lake Balaton, leads to Rédics near the border with Slovenia . The main road 74 extends north to Zalaegerszeg and there crosses the 76-os főút . It continues north and meets in Vasvár (German: Eisenburg) on the 8-as főút , where it ends. The 75 km long road forms part of the European route 65 from Zalaegerszeg to Nagykanizsa .
