Bartlett is a location in Cook County and DuPage County , Illinois , United States . A small piece of land in the western corner is part of Kane County . According to the 2000 census, there were 36,706 residents in the village. A recount in 2002 recorded 37,304 inhabitants, in 2007 41,500 were counted.
history
The place was named after the founder Luther Bartlett, who provided land for railway construction. The place was founded on June 21, 1892.

According to the 2010 census, the place has an area of 41.1 square kilometers, of which 98.55% is land and 1.51% is water.

According to the 2000 census, at that time there were 36,706 inhabitants in 12,179 households and 9,986 families. The population density was 956.9 people per square kilometer. There were 12,356 houses in the village with a density of 322.1 houses per square kilometer.
