The Blu-express.com Tennis Cup 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from September 13th to 19th, 2010 in Todi . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2010 and was played outdoors on sand.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 14 pairs, as there were not enough registrations for the planned competition with 16 pairings. So the two top seeded pairings got a bye for the quarterfinals. For the individual competition there was a qualifying round with 16 players, through which four players could qualify for the main field. The total prize money for the event was 30,000 euros.

The winner of the individual competition was the second seeded Argentinian Carlos Berlocq , who defeated the top seeded Spaniard Marcel Granollers in two sets in the final. It was Berlocq's ninth single Challenger-level title of his career and the third of the season.

The doubles competition won the third-placed Italians Flavio Cipolla and Alessio di Mauro , who defeated the top-seeded brothers Marcel Granollers , who thus lost in both competitions in the final, and Gerard Granollers in two sets. It was Cipolla's 16th career title in a Challenger category double competition and the third this season. For di Mauro it was the fifth challenger title of his career and the second title of the season.
