The Challenger Banque Nationale 2010 was the fourth edition of the indoor tennis tournament in Rimouski , Canada . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2010 after it was not held at Challenger level in 2009 . The game was played on hard court from March 22nd to 28th, 2011.

For the last time it was held in 2008, both the timing of the tournament, which was previously held in November and not in spring, and the surface from carpet to hard court changed.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. For the individual competition there was a qualifying round with 16 players, through which four players could qualify for the main field. As in the previous year, the total prize money for the event was US $ 35,000.

The winner of the individual competition was the unseeded South African Rik De Voest , who defeated the also unseeded American Tim Smyczek in two sets in the final. It was De Voest's fifth individual Challenger title and his first since the 2006 season. Due to the fact that the 2009 tournament did not take place, the defending champions are from 2008. The 2008 winner, Ryan Sweeting , entered this Year not on.

In doubles, Australians Kaden Hensel and Adam Hubble, who were seeded third, won the final against second-seeded Americans Scott Lipsky and David Martin in a match tie-break . For Hansel, as for Hubble, it was the second double title at Challenger level of his career and the first of the season. They also won their previous title together.
