The Honolulu Challenger 2010 was the first edition of the hard court tennis tournament in Honolulu . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2010 and was held outdoors from January 24th to 31st, 2010.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. There was a qualifying round with 16 players and four doubles for both the singles and doubles competition, through which four players in singles and one pairing for the main field could qualify. The event's total prize pool was $ 50,000.

The winner of the individual competition was the top seeded American Michael Russell , who defeated the unseeded Slovenian Grega Žemlja in two sets in the final. It was Russell's twelfth career singles Challenger title and his first this season.

In doubles, the unseeded pairing consisting of the South African Kevin Anderson and the American Ryler DeHeart won the final against the also unseeded Im Kyu-tae from South Korea and Martin Slanar from Austria in a contested match tie-breaker . It was Anderson's fifth double title at the Challenger level of his career and the first of the season. For DeHeart, it was the third Challenger title of his career in doubles and also the first of the season. He won all three double titles with Anderson.
