For the first time since its introduction in 1945, the Austrian Open 2010 was not part of the ATP World Tour , but the ATP Challenger Tour . They took place from July 31 to August 8, 2010 in Kitzbühel .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 32 players, that of the double competition consisted of 16 teams. The top seeded Italian Andreas Seppi was able to prevail in the final of the individual competition against the Romanian Victor Crivoi with 6: 2, 6: 1. The double competition was won by the Jamaican Dustin Brown and the Dutchman Rogier Wassen .
