The Heilbronn Open 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from January 25th to 31st, 2010 in Talheim near Heilbronn . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2010 and the Head German Masters Series 2010 . The game was played indoors on a hard court.

The winner in the singles was the top seeded Michael Berrer , who defeated the un seeded Andrei Golubew in two sets in the final. It was Berrer's second victory at the Heilbronn Open and his eighth career title. Defending champion Benjamin Becker did not take part in the tournament this year.

In doubles, the top seeded Sanchai and Sonchat Ratiwatana were victorious in the final against the unset Mario Ančić and Lovro Zovko . Last year's winners Karol Beck and Jaroslav Levinský did not defend their title.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs.
