The Ethias Trophy 2010 was the sixth edition of the tennis tournament in Mons . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2010 , as well as the Tretorn Series + , a tournament series consisting of the season's most highly endowed Challenger tournaments . The game was played from October 4 to 10, 2010 indoors on a hard court.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. For the individual competition there was a qualifying round with 16 players, through which four players could qualify for the main field. The event's prize money totaled 106,500 euros.

The winner of the individual competition was the unseeded French Adrian Mannarino , who defeated the unseeded Belgian Steve Darcis in two sets in the final. It was Mannarino's third Challenger-level single title of his career and the second of the season.

The doubles competition was won by Slovaks Filip Polášek and Igor Zelenay , who were in first position , who defeated Belgian wildcard owners Ruben Bemelmans and Yannick Mertens in the match tie- breaker in the final . It was Polášek's ninth career title in a double competition in the Challenger category and the second this season. Polášek also won the title in Mons for the second time, which he won for the first time in 2007 at the side of Tomasz Bednarek . For Zelenay it was the eleventh challenger title in doubles of his career and the only one of the season.

In the run-up to the tournament, the Belgian Xavier Malisse , who was seeded in first place, had to withdraw his participation. For him, the Frenchman Marc Gicquel moved into the main field as a lucky loser and made it to the semifinals, where he failed to Steve Darcis.
