The AEGON Trophy 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place in Nottingham from May 31 to June 6, 2010 and was played outdoors on grass.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. For the individual competition there was a qualifying round with 16 players, through which four players could qualify for the main field. As in the previous year, the prize money for the event totaled 42,500 euros.

The winner of the individual competition was the unseeded Lithuanian Ričardas Berankis , who won the final against the unseeded Japanese Gō Soeda in straight sets. It was Beranki's first single title at the Challenger level . The American Brendan Evans , who was victorious last year, did not defend his title this year.

The doubles competition was won by the top seeded Britons Colin Fleming and Ken Skupski , while Eric Butorac and Scott Lipsky, seeded in second place, won the final . They returned the favor for the final defeat from last year in which the two Americans could still prevail. It was Fleming's fifth career title in a double competition in the Challenger category and the first in the 2010 season. For Skupski it was the eighth Challenger double title of his career and his second tournament victory this season. It was the sixth joint victory of the two Brits in a challenger tournament alongside two victories in tournaments in the ATP World Tour 250 category.
