The Open de Rennes 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from October 11th to 17th, 2010 in Rennes , France . As part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2010 it was the fifth edition of the tournament and was played indoors on a hard court.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. In the run-up to this, there was a qualifying round for the individual tournament in which four starting places were determined from 16 participants. As in the previous year, the prize money for the event totaled 64,000 euros.

The winner of the individual competition was the unseed Frenchman Marc Gicquel , who defeated the fifth-placed Swiss Stéphane Bohli in three sets. It was Gicquel's seventh Challenger- level title and his only title of the season. Last year's winner Alejandro Falla did not defend his title this year.

In doubles, the fourth seeded US pair of Scott Lipsky and David Martin won . In the final they defeated the unseeded Germans Denis Gremelmayr and Björn Phau in a match tie-break . It was Lipsky's 16th double title on the ATP Challenger Tour of his career and the second Challenger title of the season, the first he also won with Martin. For Martin it was the 13th career title and also the second of the season. Last year's winners Eric Butorac and Lovro Zovko did not compete together at the tournament this year. While Zovko decided not to start, Butorac and his new partner Harsh Mankad failed in third place in the first lap.
