The Royal Bank of Scotland Tiburon Challenger 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place in Tiburon from October 11-17 , 2010 . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2010 and was played outdoors on hard courts.

The top seeded Tobias Kamke won the singles, defeating the unseeded Ryan Harrison in the final. It was Kamke's second season and career title. Defending champion Gō Soeda did not take part in the tournament this year.

In doubles, fourth-placed Robert Kendrick and Travis Rettenmaier were victorious in the final against third-placed Ryler DeHeart and Pierre-Ludovic Duclos . Last year's winner Treat Conrad Huey and Harsh Mankad both failed to defend their titles.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. There was a qualifying round for both the singles competition with 16 players and the doubles competition with four doubles, through which four players in singles and one pairing for the main draw could qualify. There was a cancellation in the run-up to the tournament. The five seeded Robert Kendrick did not take part in the individual competition. For him, Jesse Witten moved into the main field as the lucky loser .
