The 2011 First Republic Bank Tiburon Challenger was a tennis tournament held in Tiburon, California from October 10-16, 2011 . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2011 and was played outdoors on hard courts.

The winner in the singles was Ivo Karlović , who was seeded in second place and defeated Sam Querrey, seeded on three, in three sets in the final. It was Karlović's sixth career title. Defending champion Tobias Kamke did not take part in the tournament this year.

In doubles, the unseeded Carsten Ball and Chris Guccione were victorious in the final against the wild card owners Steve Johnson and Sam Querrey , who thus reached the final in both competitions. This was Ball's 16th career and fourth season success at Challenger tournaments, for Guccione the eleventh career and third season title of the season in doubles. Last year's winner Robert Kendrick and Travis Rettenmaier both failed to defend their title.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. There was a qualifying round for both the singles competition with 16 players and the doubles competition with four doubles, through which four players in singles and one pairing for the main draw could qualify. In the run-up to the tournament, there was an injury-related cancellation. Denis Gremelmayr had to cancel his participation in the doubles competition due to an illness after he had to give up in the second set in the first round of the singles competition.
