The Seguros Bolívar Open Pereira 2011 was a tennis tournament that took place from April 4 to 10, 2011 in Pereira . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2011 as well as the Seguros Bolívar Open tournament series , which was held in different Colombian cities in different categories. The game was played outdoors on clay.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. For the individual competition there was a qualifying round with 16 players, through which four players could qualify for the main field. As in the previous year, the total prize money for the event was US $ 50,000.

The winner of the individual competition was the fifth placed Italian finalist Paolo Lorenzi , who won the final against the seventh placed Brazilian Rogério Dutra da Silva in two sets. It was Lorenzi's seventh individual title at Challenger level and the first of this season. The Colombian Santiago Giraldo , who was victorious in the previous year, did not defend his title this year.

The doubles competition was won by the unset pairing consisting of the Uruguayan Marcel Felder and the Colombian Carlos Salamanca . In the final, they defeated the likewise unseen Colombians Alejandro Falla and Eduardo Struvay in straight sets. It was Felder's third career title in a double competition in the Challenger category and the first in the 2011 season. For Salamanca it was the second Challenger double title of his career and his first success of the season. Defending champions Dominik Meffert and Philipp Oswald both did not compete this year.
