The San Marino CEPU Open 2011 was the 24th edition of the tennis clay court tournament in San Marino . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2011 and was held from August 8th to 14th, 2011.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. For the individual tournament, a qualification round with 16 participants took place in advance, in which four participants were able to qualify for the main field. The total prize money for the event was 85,000 euros.

The winner of the individual competition was the top seeded Italian Potito Starace , who benefited in the final from the injury-related abandonment of his Slovak opponent Martin Kližan in the second set. It was Starace's tenth individual Challenger title and his third title in San Marino. Last year's winner Robin Haase from the Netherlands did not defend his title this year.

The double tournament was won by the pairing, seeded in second position, consisting of the American James Cerretani and the German Philipp Marx . They prevailed in the final against the top seeded pairing Daniele Bracciali from Italy, who won last year's tournament together with Lovro Zovko , and Julian Knowle from Austria in two sets. This was Cerretani's seventh success in a Challenger category doubles tournament of his career and the second of the season. For Marx it was the twelfth double title on the ATP Challenger Tour and the first of the season. It was the first joint tournament success of the two. Zovko failed with this year's partner Dustin Brown from Germany in third place already in the first round.
