The Ecco São Léo Open de Tênis 2011 was a tennis tournament that took place from October 31 to November 6, 2011 in São Leopoldo , Brazil . As part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2011, it was the first edition of the tournament and was played outdoors on clay.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. In the run-up, there was a qualifying round for the individual tournament, in which four starting places were awarded from 16 participants. The total prize money for the event was 35,000 euros.

The winner of the individual competition was the fourth-placed Argentinian Leonardo Mayer . He won the final against unset Serb Nikola Ćirić in straight sets. It was Mayer's sixth individual title at Challenger level and his third title of the season.

The doubles competition won the top seeded Brazilian-Spanish pairing consisting of Franco Ferreiro and Rubén Ramírez Hidalgo . They defeated the unseeded Portuguese Gastão Elias and Frederico Gil in the match tie-break in the final . It was Ferreiro's 19th title in doubles in a Challenger tournament and the fourth of the season, all of which he won in Brazilian tournaments. However, his partner was André Sá , with Hidalgo it was his first title. For this it was also the 20th career title in doubles on the Challenger Tour and fifth of the season. It was their first ever joint title win.

In the run-up to the tournament, there was an injury-related cancellation.
