The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. For the individual tournament, a qualifying round with 20 participants took place in advance, in which four players were able to qualify for the main field. In the run-up to the tournament, the seventh seeded German Björn Phau withdrew his participation. For him, the later finalist Nicolás Pastor moved into the main field as lucky loser . In the singles the unset Spaniard Daniel Muñoz de La Nava won , who won the final against Pastor in three sets. This was the first single Challenger title in his career. Last year's winner Steve Darcis from Belgium did not defend his title.
In the doubles competition, the top seeded pairing consisting of the Austrian Julian Knowle and the German Michael Kohlmann won the final against the unseeded Australian pairing of Colin Ebelthite and Adam Feeney in a match tie-break . This was Knowle's 19th win in a Challenger category of career doubles; for Kohlmann it was the 23rd tournament victory at a Challenger tournament. It was their fourth joint title in this division. Last year's winners from the Netherlands, Robin Haase and Rogier Wassen , no longer competed in this constellation. Only Wassen played with his new partner Jesse Huta Galung , but was eliminated in the first round.
