The Blu-express.com Tennis Cup 2011 was a tennis tournament that took place from September 12th to 18th, 2011 in Todi . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2011 and was played outdoors on sand.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 32 players, that of the double competition consisted of 15 pairs, as there were not enough registrations for the planned competition with 16 pairings. So the top seeded pairing got a bye for the quarterfinals. For the individual competition there was a qualifying round with 16 players, through which four players could qualify for the main field. The total prize money for the event was 30,000 euros.

The winner of the individual competition was the top seeded Argentinian Carlos Berlocq , who successfully defended his title from the previous year and was the first player to win the individual competition in Todi for the second time. In the final he defeated the second seeded Italian Filippo Volandri . It was Berlocq's eleventh individual title at the Challenger level of his career and the second of the season.

The doubles competition was won by the three seeded local heroes Stefano Ianni and Luca Vanni , who defeated the top seeded Martin Fischer and Alessandro Motti in the final. It was Ianni's second career title in a double competition in the Challenger category, both of which he won in the 2011 season. For Vanni it was the first challenger title in his career.
