The Virginia National Bank Men's Pro Championship 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place November 1-7, 2010 in Charlottesville . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2010 and was played indoors on a hard court.

Robert Kendrick managed to win both the singles competition and the doubles competition with his partner Donald Young . In both cases he was unset in the competition. He defeated the qualifier Michael Shabaz in the individual final and the pairing Ryler DeHeart and Pierre-Ludovic Duclos seeded fourth in the double final in two sets. The defending champion in singles, Kevin Kim , was eliminated in the first round this year. Last year's winners in doubles, Martin Emmrich and Andreas Siljeström , did not defend their title.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs.
