The Internazionali di Tennis Val Gardena South Tyrol 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from November 8th to 13th, 2010 in Ortisei in Val Gardena, South Tyrol ( Italy ) and was the first time the tournament was held. It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2010 and was played indoors on carpet.

The winner in the individual was Michał Przysiężny from Poland , who was first placed by wildcard and defeated Lukáš Lacko in the final. It was his fifth success in an individual tournament on the ATP Challenger Tour and his third this season.

The unset Russians Michail Jelgin and Alexander Kudrjawzew were successful in doubles . They prevailed in the final against the individual finalists Michał Przysiężny and Tomasz Bednarek in the match tie-break . For Jelgin it was the twelfth title in a Challenger doubles competition of his career and the fourth of the season. For Kudrjawzew it was the tenth career double title on the ATP Challenger Tour and the first of the season. It was their fourth joint title win.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs.
