The Bauer Watertechnology Cup 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from November 1st to 6th, 2010 in Eckental . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2010 and the Head German Masters Series 2010 and was played in the hall on carpet.

The winner in the singles was the unseeded Igor Sijsling , who defeated the unseeded Ruben Bemelmans in three sets in the final . It was Sijsling's second career title. Last year's winner Daniel Brands did not defend his title this year. In doubles, top seeded Scott Lipsky and Rajeev Ram won the final against third seeded Sanchai Ratiwatana and Sonchat Ratiwatana in the match tie-break .

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. In the run-up, there were two cancellations due to injuries. Andreas Haider-Maurer had to cancel his participation in the individual competition due to an injury to his hip. For him, Frederik Nielsen moved into the main field as the lucky loser . In doubles, Lado Tschichladze canceled due to an ankle injury that he sustained in the first round of the individual competition. For him and his partner Stefan Koubek played Sadik Kadir and Purav Raja as a substitute.
