The JSM Challenger of Champaign-Urbana 2010 was a tennis tournament that was held from November 15-20, 2010 in Champaign, Illinois . As part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2010, it was the ninth edition of the tournament and was played indoors on a hard court.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. In the run-up, there was a qualifying round for both the singles and doubles. Four starting places were awarded for the singles out of 16 participants and in doubles one of four pairings could qualify for the main field. As in the previous year, the prize money for the event totaled 50,000 euros.

The winner of the individual competition was the sixth seed US-American Alex Bogomolov junior , who defeated the wildcard owner Amer Delić in three sets. It was Bogomolov's seventh individual title at Challenger level and his only title of the season. Last year's winner Michael Russell did not defend his title this year.

The doubles competition won the two of three seeded South Africans Raven Klaasen and Izak van der Merwe . In the final they defeated the top seeded Ryler DeHeart and Pierre-Ludovic Duclos in a match tie-break . It was van der Merwe's eleventh Challenger title of his career and the fourth of the season. For Klaasen it was the third title of his career and the second of the season. He also won the first title alongside van der Merwe. Defending champions Brian and Dann Battistone both did not participate in the tournament that year.

As a result, van der Merwe managed to defend his title from the previous year, which he won together with Raven Klaasen . Klaasen failed this year with his new partner John Paul Fruttero in the semi-finals.
