Luguse is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural municipality of Hiiumaa (until 2017: rural municipality Käina ). It is located on the second largest Estonian island Hiiumaa (German Dagö ).

Luguse (German Luhuse ) has 49 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). In the village there is a prayer house of the Estonian Baptists who have been active in Luguse since the second half of the 19th century.

The river of the same name ( Luguse jõgi ) flows into the Baltic Sea bay of Jause ( Jausa laht ) near Luguse . With a length of 21 km, it is the longest river on Hiiumaa Island.
